Terms & Conditions
Last updated August 18, 2026 · Commonwealth of Massachusetts
1. Who you're dealing with
Throw the Rice ("the Service") is operated by Ferrazzani Photography ("we", "us"), based in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. By creating an account, purchasing a planner, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You're responsible for everything that happens under your account, including keeping your sign-in details secure.
3. Plans, pricing and what you get
The Service is sold as one-time purchases, not subscriptions. Current pricing:
- Single planner — $19.99 per wedding, per planner. Access to one planner (either the Day-Of Timeline or the Seating & Floor Plan) for one wedding event.
- The Pair — $34.99 per wedding. Both planners for one wedding event.
- Unlimited Wedding Planner — $79.99. Access to all planners for unlimited weddings, for as long as the Service is offered. Intended for a single account holder; it is not transferable, resellable, or shareable as a white-label product.
Per-wedding purchases cover one event. Planning a second wedding on a per-wedding plan requires another purchase or an upgrade to the unlimited plan. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change at any time; changes never affect a purchase you've already made.
4. Photography client access
Couples with a signed photography agreement with Ferrazzani Photography may receive complimentary access through a client code. Codes are issued at our discretion, are tied to your booked wedding, and may be deactivated if the underlying photography agreement is cancelled or if a code is shared publicly.
5. Payments, taxes and refunds
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details. Applicable Massachusetts and other state or national sales tax may be added at checkout.
Because the Service is delivered digitally and immediately, all sales are final. If something is genuinely broken and we can't fix it for you, email us within 14 days of purchase and we'll review a refund in good faith.
6. Your content
Guest names, addresses, photos, meal choices, RSVPs, timelines and floor plans you enter remain yours. You grant us a limited license to store, process and display that content solely to operate the Service for you. You are responsible for having the right to upload any guest information or images, and for handling your guests' personal information respectfully and lawfully.
7. Acceptable use
Don't use the Service to break the law, harass anyone, upload malicious code, scrape or resell the Service, attempt to bypass payment or access controls, or interfere with other users. We may suspend or terminate accounts that do.
8. Availability and no planning guarantee
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". Timelines, seating capacities, accessibility clearances and travel-time estimates are planning aids, not professional, legal, safety or ADA-compliance advice. Always confirm room capacity, egress, fire code and accessibility requirements with your venue and local authorities.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Massachusetts law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including lost data, lost profits, or wedding-day disruptions. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including under M.G.L. c. 93A.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time and request deletion of your data. We may suspend or end access for a material breach of these Terms, or if we discontinue the Service — in which case we'll give reasonable notice and let you export your plans.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date above and, where practical, announced in the app. Continuing to use the Service after an update means you accept it.
12. Governing law and venue — Massachusetts
These Terms and any dispute arising from them or from your use of the Service are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. You and we agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Massachusetts. Consumer rights you may have under Massachusetts law, including M.G.L. c. 93A, are not waived by these Terms.
